What an incredible year 2020 was for real estate in Eagle County! We reached record highs and saw prices increase throughout the Valley. Eagle County ended 2020 as the best year ever with $3.49B in total dollar volume and 2,572 transactions. This created an overall average sales price of $1,386,084, 2nd only to 2007 when the average price was just $5,500 more; per the graph below.
